These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Keovation Digital Store website at https://keovationdigital.store ("the Website") and any purchases you make through it.
By accessing the Website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Website.
These Terms comply with the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002 (ECT Act), the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (CPA), and the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA).

3. Definitions
In these Terms, the following words have the following meanings:
- "We", "us", "our": Keovation Digital Store, operated by Keovation Solutions
- "You", "your", "customer": Any person who accesses the Website or purchases goods through it
- "Goods": The physical products available for purchase on the Website, including but not limited to electronics, accessories, networking equipment, and power solutions
- "Services": The online shopping, payment processing, and delivery services provided through the Website
- "Website": The Keovation Digital Store website located at https://keovationdigital.store, including all pages, content, and functionality
- "Order": A request by you to purchase goods through the Website
- "Business days": Monday to Friday, excluding South African public holidays
4. Products and Pricing
4.1 Product Descriptions
We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, and images on the Website are accurate and up-to-date. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are completely accurate, complete, or error-free.
4.2 Pricing
- All prices displayed on the Website are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT at the applicable rate, in compliance with Section 23 of the Consumer Protection Act.
- Delivery fees are charged separately and are clearly displayed before you confirm your order (see Section 7).
- We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. However, price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed and paid for.
4.3 Pricing Errors
In the event of an obvious pricing error (e.g., a product priced at R1 instead of R1,000), we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund the full amount paid. We will notify you promptly if this occurs and give you the option to reorder at the correct price.
5. Ordering Process (ECT Act Section 43(2))
In compliance with Section 43(2) of the ECT Act, our ordering process allows you to:
- Browse and select: Add products to your shopping cart
- Review your order: View all items, quantities, and prices in your cart before proceeding to checkout
- Provide delivery details: Enter your shipping address, phone number, and any delivery instructions
- Review before payment: Review the full order summary including delivery fees before confirming
- Correct errors: You may modify quantities, remove items, or change delivery details at any point before confirming payment
- Withdraw: You may abandon your order at any point before confirming payment, without any penalty
- Confirm and pay: You are redirected to PayFast to complete payment securely
- Confirmation: Upon successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation with a reference number
An order is only binding once payment has been successfully processed and you have received an order confirmation. We reserve the right to decline any order for reasons including stock availability, suspected fraud, or pricing errors.
6. Payment Terms (ECT Act Section 43(5))
All payments are processed securely through PayFast (Pty) Ltd, a PCI-DSS compliant South African payment gateway.

6.2 Payment Security
In compliance with Section 43(5) of the ECT Act, we confirm that:
- All payment transactions are encrypted using TLS/SSL technology
- We do not store your full credit or debit card details on our servers
- Payment is processed by PayFast in a secure environment
- You will not be charged until payment is confirmed by PayFast
6.3 Payment Timing
Payment is taken at the time of order confirmation. Your order will only be processed and dispatched after successful payment has been confirmed by PayFast.
7. Delivery
7.1 Delivery Areas
We deliver to addresses throughout South Africa using the following courier partners: Dawn Wing, Aramex, The Courier Guy, DPD Laser, and RAM Hand-to-Hand.
7.2 Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times are 3 to 7 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location. These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. In accordance with Section 19(2) of the CPA, goods will be delivered within 30 days of order confirmation unless otherwise agreed.
7.3 Delivery Fees
- A flat delivery fee of R280 applies to all orders
- Orders over R2,600 qualify for free delivery
- Delivery fees are clearly displayed at checkout before you confirm your order
7.4 Risk During Transit
In accordance with Section 19(1) of the CPA, the risk of loss or damage to goods remains with us until the goods have been received by you or a person authorised by you at the delivery address. If goods are damaged or lost during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.
8. Cooling-Off Period (ECT Act Section 44)
In terms of Section 44 of the ECT Act, you have the right to cancel an order and return goods purchased through the Website within 7 (seven) days of receiving them, without giving any reason and without penalty.
8.1 How to Exercise Your Cooling-Off Right
- Notify us in writing (email to support@keovationdigital.store) within 7 days of receiving the goods
- Return the goods in their original, unopened packaging and in resaleable condition
- Include your order number and reason for return (optional)
8.2 Return Shipping
The direct cost of returning the goods is your responsibility in terms of cooling-off period returns.
8.3 Refund
We will refund the full purchase price (excluding the original delivery fee) within 30 days of receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
8.4 Exceptions
The cooling-off period does not apply to the following goods:
- Custom-made or personalised products ordered to your specifications
- Sealed software, audio, or video recordings that have been unsealed after delivery
- Goods that have been used, damaged, or are not in their original condition
9. Returns and Refunds
9.1 Defective Goods (CPA Section 56)
In terms of Section 56 of the Consumer Protection Act, you are entitled to an implied warranty of quality for a period of 6 (six) months from the date of delivery. During this period, if goods are found to be defective, unsafe, or not of good quality, you may choose one of the following remedies:
- Repair: Have the goods repaired at no cost to you
- Replacement: Receive a replacement of the same or similar goods
- Refund: Receive a full refund of the purchase price
The choice of remedy is yours, not ours. We will cover all costs associated with returning defective goods, including collection or return shipping.
9.2 How to Return Defective Goods
- Contact us at support@keovationdigital.store with your order number and a description (and preferably photos) of the defect
- We will arrange for collection or provide a return shipping label at our cost
- Upon inspection and confirmation of the defect, we will process your chosen remedy within 15 business days
9.3 Goods Damaged on Arrival
If goods arrive visibly damaged, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately. Alternatively, accept delivery, note the damage on the courier's delivery slip, and contact us within 48 hours with photographs of the damage.
10. Limitation of Liability
10.1 General Limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Keovation Digital Store, Keovation Solutions, its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Website or purchase of goods, including but not limited to:
- Loss of profit, revenue, or business
- Loss of data or information
- Business interruption
- Any damages resulting from events beyond our reasonable control
10.2 Consumer Protection
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits the implied warranty of quality under Section 56 of the Consumer Protection Act, or any other rights that cannot be excluded under South African consumer protection legislation. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by these Terms.
10.3 Maximum Liability
Our maximum aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from the purchase of goods shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the specific goods giving rise to the claim.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on the Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, software, and design, is the property of Keovation Digital Store / Keovation Solutions or its licensors and is protected by South African and international intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise use any content from the Website without our prior written consent, except for personal, non-commercial use (e.g., printing a product page for your reference).
Product names and brand logos (including but not limited to WINX, Gizzu, Xiaomi, Cudy, PORT, ORICO) are trademarks of their respective owners and are used on this Website for identification purposes only.
12. Privacy
Your personal information is collected, used, and protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using the Website, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

13. Dispute Resolution
13.1 Informal Resolution
If you have a complaint or dispute regarding your order or our services, we encourage you to contact us first at support@keovationdigital.store. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve the matter within 10 business days.

13.3 Legal Proceedings
As a last resort, either party may institute legal proceedings in the appropriate South African court. Nothing in this clause limits your right to approach a court of law at any time.
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of South Africa.
15. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Website. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly.
Your continued use of the Website after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend that you review these Terms periodically.
For material changes that significantly affect your rights, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you (e.g., via email or a prominent notice on the Website).
16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
